Consistent quality, reliable products

This isn't my first purchase from Petlibro; I've had their Capsule Water Fountain for over a year, and it's been great. This time, I got the RFID Pet Feeder for my two cats since one of them tends to overeat. It works just as advertised, only opening for the microchipped cat. Setup was simple, similar to my previous experiences with their products. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Everything I've bought from them has been well-made and performs reliably. Shipping was quick, as usual, and the packaging was secure. It's why I keep coming back.

Good feeder, easy setup

I bought the Granary Smart Camera Feeder. It was pretty easy to set up with the app. The camera works well and the feeding schedule is reliable. No issues so far, happy with it.

Automatic feeder experience

I purchased the Space Automatic Feeder for my two cats a few weeks ago. Ordering was straightforward on the website, pretty standard stuff. It arrived in about 5 days, which was earlier than the tracking said it would. Unboxing and setup were surprisingly easy; the instructions were clear, and connecting it to my WiFi didn't cause any headaches. I also bought some Replacement Filters for Fountains at the same time, which was a good idea to have on hand. The feeder itself works well, dispensing meals reliably at the scheduled times. I haven't had to contact support, which is always a good sign. The portion sizes are consistent, and it holds enough food that I don't have to refill it constantly. The build quality feels decent for the price. Overall, a good purchase and has made feeding times much less stressful.

Camera feeder is cool

Just got the Granary Smart Camera Feeder for my cat. Setting it up was pretty easy, just followed the app. It's nice being able to check on him while I'm at work and even give him a snack. No problems with delivery, it showed up on time. Happy with it so far.

Decent fountain, some app quirks

I ordered the Dockstream Smart Fountain a few weeks ago. The fountain itself is well-built and my cat likes it, which is the main thing. It's quiet and seems to keep the water fresh. However, the app can be a bit finicky sometimes; it occasionally loses connection, and I have to reopen it for the hydration tracking to update properly. Shipping was fast enough, arrived in about four days, so that was good. Overall, it's a solid product for the price, but the app could use some polish.

Good fountain, app could improve

I bought the Dockstream Smart Fountain and it's mostly great. My cats drink a lot more water now, which is the main thing. The fountain itself is quiet and looks good. The app is a bit clunky sometimes though; it takes a few tries to connect occasionally. Delivery was fine, came within the estimated window. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about filter changes. It's a solid product for the price, just wish the app was smoother.

Finally got a smart feeder

So I finally caved and bought one of those smart feeders, the Granary Automatic Pet Feeder without the camera. My cat is always waking me up early for food, and I needed a break. This thing is great! Setting up the schedule was super straightforward on the app, like, surprisingly easy. My cat took to it right away, thankfully. It's nice not having to rush home if I'm running a little late, knowing she'll get fed. The food dispenses evenly and it holds a good amount. Definitely made my mornings much more chill.

Consistent quality, happy pet

I've ordered from PETLIBRO several times now, and they're always reliable. This last time I got the Granary Automatic Pet Feeder, and it's just as good as the previous one. Shipping was quick again. My cat loves it, and I appreciate the peace of mind. That's why I keep coming back.
